I am a Professor of Political Science and International Studies at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. In 2009, I graduated with a Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles.
My research interests include comparative politics and international relations, with my recent research focusing on the comparative authoritarianism, political economy, and state-society relations of contemporary China and Asia along with their interactions with international politics in those regions.
